$35 per square ft time 1,734 square feet = $60,690

Do you mean 1,734 sq ft home times $35 psf equals what?
So 1,734x35= y. Where y= why don`t you do your own math?

B>G> how do ya add what up??? I really do not think you will be able to afford this house. Ya cannot figure out the price. Why don't you look at mobile homes--Ya Know--pull it out to the property and take the wheels off. Trust me you will be much happier....
