I'm single, no kids, live by myself, and work Monday thru Friday. It's way too easy for me to put off cleaning. Each day I'm telling myself I'll do it tomorrow. Then Saturday comes and I'm cleaning for hours. Why can't I get myself to clean a little everyday so it doesn't build up on my day off? Where's my motivation?

I'm not fix-it kinda guy - so I messed this one up. I used the wrong size Phillips screwdriver trying to remove a screw - and now the "+" on the screw has been completely "mushed" (for lack of a better term). I have no clue how to proceed in removing this screw. Thanks.

I have a bunch of orange daylilies and I want to pull them up and move them. I know you are supposed to do it in the fall, but should I wait for a frost? Same for my lily-of-the-valley and rhubarb. Things are starting to wilt and look a little brown, so when should I pull them up?

my mum thinks that if i hang wet clothes up inside the house, hanging by the walls (ie, on hangers from door frames) then this will make the walls damp. is this true? it sounds like it could be, but it also could be one of those old wives tales!
