try rubbing alcohol before you try bleach (its an old hints from heloise suggesstion). ICK bleach destroys colors. Hairspray may work since it has such a high alcohol content.

IMPORTANT, DO THIS RIGHT AWAY
get one of those scrub brushes. get some ivory soap and scrub it real hard, but not too hard so you damage the jeans.
then take the jeans and soak them for 30 mintues in the following
95% water warm 2 GALLONS NOT COLD, and NOT HOT
5% oxyclean solution
get like 3 or 4 lemons, and sqeeze them into the soltion, and let the jeans soak.
put 1 tablespoon of salt in the sollution as well
when they are done, wash them normally as you would

Use hairspray , spray on the jeans and blot. Spray again and wash . This will work for small spots. If the ink is everywhere.I'd buy new jeans!

I have heard the hairspray can actually be used to remove ink from clothes. I've never tried it though.

use a little bleach mixed with a lot of dish detergent. The soap will help to keep the bleach from ruining your jeans. Take care!
