then, when i flush it, it gurgles, fills to the top and when i come back after a while, the water level in the bowl is almost the bottom

Does the toilet sound like its running constantly too? If so than the flapper valve in the top part of the toilet is not sealing completely. Sometimes this happens because the chain that connects to it gets stuck inbetween the valve and the drain. If its not the chain than you just need a new valve. I think they cost around 5 bucks.

Your drain is clogged partically and that is why it fills to the top when you flush instead of going ahead and flushing normally. You need to have someone run a snake down your sewer to clear the clog.

Why on the earth did you do the "salt water flush"?? Your diarrhea is because your body can't take care of the salt and it desires to get rid of it. Your body can sparkling itself out. Please not in any respect do this again. You lost bowel administration because your body is so wanting to get rid of the salt.

Could be caused by a vacuum caused by other drain usage in the building.
