If the door is cut in half across the middle horizontally so that the upper and lower halves can swing independently of each other, it's a Dutch door. If the two halves meet vertically, they're what others here are calling saloon doors.

When I was growing up in Ohio they called that a "dutch door"----
(in Amish country). But, wait, I'm thinking of doors divided horizontally. If you mean typical wesern saloon doors like on "Gunsmoke"-- hey, I'd call 'em "swinging saloon doors." Works for me.
