Figured at 378 feet, this tree is one tall woody. I am going to need a bigger chainsaw, I think.

Our basement bathroom does not have this problem. Only the one on the main floor. The drains seem to be working perfectly. It is something between a dead body smell and a sewer smell.

We have caught 3 young ones in a trap, at $50.00 each. "Mom & Dad" are still under there & too smart for the trap. They are eating my garden & tunneling under my house!

I collected few different precious Japanese maple seeds and I planted it last winter, but it didn't spring out and sprout at all... now I would like to learn more then plant it to save the seeds. Do I need to put them in the fridge for couple days before I plant it? Or I need to soak them into a warm water overnight?

I recently got a streak of grease from the lock of a door on my brand-new shirt. I tried soaking it and applying a stain stick, but nothing happened. Is there anything I can do, or do I have to trash it?

Thank you!

I've had my two ionic breezes for over 2 years now and even though they still capture airborn particles the smell is increasingly bad by the catbox - it used to work better. I tilt it up and down several times to reactive it like I've been encouraged to do but the smell is not getting better and it's sitting inches away from the litter box? The small one in the bathroom got better after I tilted it up and down to make the inner compartments move up and down several times. Ideas?

Amount of rent is about half the standard amount; landlord will not make any repairs nor replace existing appliances if one fails or stops working; does not do a background check nor base rentability based on income nor credit rating; states renter is responsible for replacing any appliances that fail - and can take them as their own if they ever leave; allows pets; allows renter to modify house with fencing or patio if he/she wants - at his own expense.

I rent out two such properties - houses - and have been told I am breaking the law with this practice. Both are in good areas and neither needs any repairs. I believe in giving the little guy a second chance. Is that such a bad thing? Why or why not? Would you rent a house with these circumstances?

Firewall between connected properties: my house and 15+ year vacant garage. I had flat tar roof completely done 3 years ago. Garage's roof not done in years. Damage is to the 1st floor of 2 story house. No evidence of water at 2nd floor ceiling level. Told that means it's not likely the roof. Have been trying to get owner of garage property to open up to view his side of firewall to no avail. Bugging Phila. Licenses & Inspections for help - NOTHING! Whenever we get several days of rain my carpeted stairs get soaked next to the firewall and the plastered brick wall starts to pucker and peel. AT MY WIT'S END! Damage is buckling, peeling, crumbling and patchy wall and baseboards. A meter reading of moisture once said there was more water in the wall than in my body. Don't know how much that is but sounds like a lot! Problem is no pro has a definite answer of where the water is coming from. Color me extremely frustrated. I do need my chimneys done. Gas boiler for heat & hot water tank.
