Call in a professional exterminator. You have no idea how deep they are in your home...they could be in one small area, or they could be quite pervasive. Call in the experts!

Call a beekeeper. They will come out, sedate the bees with smoke, and then bag all of them to take home to start a new hive on their own property. Maybe they would even pay you with honey for the privilege of capturing those bees.

Are you sure you can tell bees from hornets and wasps? If they are not bees get a hornet spray can (good to 20 feet away) and spray them in the evening when they are all in their nest.

you might have a hive inside. Any way to look at the back of the wall? You might try wasp and hornet spray. shot it then run away . check it later for activity. shot it again, leave, then check later.
Best to do early in the a.m. when they are not so active.
