The warmer it is, the faster it will decompose. A week or two if you have warm weather. Longer as the weather starts to cool down.

You need to hire someone to get the squirrel out of there.

My question: How in the world do you know it is a squirrel if you can't get to it?

Ew. If you live in a dry climate, it will mummify fairly soon. In a wet climate, the decomposition is a longer, smellier process. Any way you can put up screening or something to keep out critters?

take tampons and soak them with liquid air freshener and throw them up under there.... it will probably be a month or so before the odor is completely gone...
