I collected few different precious Japanese maple seeds and I planted it last winter, but it didn't spring out and sprout at all... now I would like to learn more then plant it to save the seeds. Do I need to put them in the fridge for couple days before I plant it? Or I need to soak them into a warm water overnight?

Maple seeds are very easy to grow. They need to germinate the spring they are produced and needs no stratification of any kind so they don't need a cold treatment. Let them lay on the surface and keep them moist. If you put them in a slightly shaded area you won't have to worry about the water so much. They are a seed if you bury, they usually will not germinate. They can be moved usually when they get about 6" tall.
