each space has to pay there own trash and the owners of renters are suppose to get the service started, well my landlord has not done it so I had to so I could get my trash picked up. Can I deduct that from my rent since he hasn't done anything. Oh and also he will be getting a reduction in the space rent because of this even though I will be paying trash every three months. Whenever I rented a place water & trash was always paid. Can someone answer this for me? Thanks!

I made a huge mistake with my orchid, I cut the entire bloom stem off last summer when the last flowering finished. The base plant is healthy & has lots of vigorous new growth, no sign of insect infestation, but there is also no sign of a new bloom stem either. I feed it with scotts orchid food every time I water except once a month I soak the clay pot in plain water & scrub off the salt deposits. Is there anything I can do to stimulate a new bloom stem?

I have tried all sorts of things in my home ie. plug ins, diffusers, pottpouri simmering pots, candles, auto timed sprays, etc. and nothing keeps a constant smell. I would like to walk into my home and smell the apple cinnamon scent or lavendar without having to turn something on, plug it in and lite it. Do you have any suggestions or any products that you have used that keeps a constant scent in your home. Mind you I live in a 2900sq ft home.
Thank you in advance for any help you can lend.

Any tips on getting water out of the bottom of an above ground pool? There is about 6 inches of water left in the bottom. The drain plugs on each side of the pool are too high for the water at this level to drain out. Last time we had to bail with buckets and use a mop to clean it out. Anybody come up with an easier way?
