Have you ever commented to a stranger about their pregnancy and then found out that they aren't pregnant?

Has anyone ever assumed you were pregnant when you're not?

Got a surprise vacation with boyfriend who I have long distance relationship with, havent seen in in 4 months. But my period is due to start while on vacation with him. Kind of spoils the reunion. I am on the patch, any way to stop my period from coming and skipping it just this once?

I am a strong person but I am not sure whether my fatigue and tearfulness is due to depression or illness. I have had two miscarriages back to back, other personal problems and work problems and family pressures. I feel fatigued from midday to exhausted at 8pm and weak and want to sleep. Been to the gp who did thyroid and full blood tests for hep c and b and the full works. all came back clear. I have a hormonal imbalance with a cyst on my ovary, but other than that, I have no explanation.

I had a pelvic laparoscopy on Monday (8/20/07). Three days later (yesterday) my vaginal bleeding changed from the brown spotting I've been having ever since the surgery, to more of a red flow. My period is due for this cycle on Sunday(8/26/07). I generally have clockwork cycles of 27-28 days. Today is CD25.
I am having cramping, but it is hard to tell the difference btwn the pain I have been experiencing post-surgery and menstrual cramps. It's still only been 4 days since the surgery.
It does kind of seem like my period is trying to start early. (If today is CD1, my period is 3 days early).
I was curious if any of you have had a laparoscopy, how quickly did your body heal? Were your cycles any different post-lap?
And also, did anyone experience your periods coming on early post-surgery? I have read quite a bit about delayed periods after a lap, but I can't find much info on an early menstruation post-Laparoscopy.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have been peeing constantly for two weeks. I took a pregnancy test, negative. I have vaginal pain around the inside of my opening. I've had unidentified vaginal pain since March. My gyno has taken tests but not revealed anything. It's been overlooked. But it hasn't gone away. I have pains during sex. It feels like my husband is hitting my cervix when he enters me and it is a strong pain that I feel in my gut. He isn't hitting my cervix though, he's not that big. Could I have cervical cancer? My Dr. has never screened me for it or thought that I should be screened for it. I've been exposed to HPV, I just don't know which type. And I have no energy, at all. I always want to sleep. Please help, I'm so frustrated and can't make another Dr.'s appt because my Dr. never has any results. I will go to Planned Parenthood for a cancer screening and to ask questions if I have to. The peeing could be a UTI, right? From anal to vaginal bacteria contact. Do I have to see a Dr. for that?

i am kuwaiti from the middle east. and i'm black. i have been feeling lumps in my breasts and they tend to get sore a lot.. i asked my mum but she said that's it's only air that has entered through your skin pores, but i'm not quite sure. i am 13 years old. and my family history has diabetes, heart diseases, and breast cancer... and i'm really worried

ok well i got pregnat i really dont want it but my boyfriend do'es i cant stand the thought of something growing in side of me.it creaps me out a lump of flesh growing in side of me yuck. i really want to get rid of it! i have no problem with an abortion. my boy friend offered me $6000.00 to have it . i want more money to have it maybe 15,000.00 or so. is that a good price to have it or should i just have it sucked out of me . any advise on this will help

Am 58yr married female, had hysterectomy at 44, HRT for 5yrs, but it didn't help my sex drive. Very frustrating as both myself and my husband led a very active sex life before all this. Husband thinks he has seen in the media that there is something similar to Viagra that can help women with this problem. Does anyone know? Or do I need to see my GP?

So i dont kow why, im in my teens. Im not sexually active(virginacually).
i know you can lose y our period of your extremely active/athletic. But im not. I work out, but not excesivly, and i have for a while too.
I eat healthy, so i dunno why i would just lose it.
Anybody have anyidea?
i know i hsould see my doc, but i dont wanna, its kinda...embarrassing i suppose, coz my mom would end up coming with me.

I want to get a breast reduction (covered by ohip) has anyone had one covered by the governement and how long is the wait typically for surgury from the first appointment with the plastic surgeon to the surgury day?

And what were your reduction experiences...my gp recommended one about ten years ago (i wanted to be able to breast feed all my children) so i have finally decided to get one, starting to be healthier, running, walking, and the back pain has become unbareable at times, not mention i have five kids to care for, but not clear on how to go about it, get it covered, chosing a plastic surgeon (might go with the doc that did my infants cleft palete, as he did an amazing job) just any information would be helpful at this point!

ok. so I'm 14, and I got my very first period February 24th and it lasted around 6 days. I got my next period on St. Patrick's Day (March 18th I think?) and it was just that one day. It's August 23rd and I haven't gotten my period at all for the past 5 months. is this normal?!?
