It sounds like your developing normally but I wouldn't recommend wearing your bra when you sleep, it can cut of circulation. Lumps in your breasts are not caused by trapped air. Breast can get sore & get fuller just before you menstruate. Have you started menstruating yet?
Why are you on pills & on a diet?
You have a lot of different illnesses in your family but it doesn't mean you will get them. You do need to keep getting check-ups with your doctor to make sure you stay healthy. Heart disease, breast cancer & diabetes people get because the don't take good care of themselves & don't eat right or are over weight & this happends when they get much older. So, take good care of your body. :)
Light patches on your skin can be caused by a skin disorder. So, I would talk with your doctor & make a list before you go see him / her...so, you won't forget all your questions.

It's not air; air does not enter your skin like that anywhere on your body. I'm not saying your mom is lying, but she may just not know the facts. See if you can find some books about human development and reproduction at school or a library. It will help you to understand how your body is growing. Read them with your mom, if she will, or on your own if she won't.

You're developing normally. There are glands in your breasts that sometimes fill with fluid and feel kind of hard. Don't worry. It's normal.

Its just you growing and developing, many girls get sore breasts. if you think it is something to worry about, bring it up with your doctor at your next visit. i wouldnt recommend wearing your bra while you sleep, that might be a reason why you are sore. it can't give you cancer like some girls on here believe, but you should give them a bit of time to rest. (dont worry, they wont get saggy by not wearing a bra at night either).
