I took my last pill on thursday morning, i still hadnt come on by saturday night and i had unprotected sex. i still havnt come on. what is the chance that i am pregnant? also i have been taking the pill for months, religiously and havnt missed one or slipped up or been ill. Im not really sure what to do, should i start the pill packet again even if i don't come on? will affect me if i am pregnant?

I spoke with my GP who wasnt very helpful, said he didnt know much about it and would refer me to plastic surgeon but I've been back twice now and still he has'nt refered me? what can I do?

I woke up with a hard lump about the size ofa quater on the inside of my skin between my leg and groin. It is a little sore only when i push on it otherwise you cant see or feel it, I am wondering what it may be and if i can get rid of it without going to the doctor. I've had my period since I was about 12 (i'm 17 now) and it has never been regular at all. I mentioned to my mom out of frustration that I've started my period, had it for about a day, and then had it stop about 3 or 4 times in the past 2 weeks. So, now she wants to take my to the gyno to get checked out.

I would really like to be on birth control for regularity and such, but I just had sex for the first time Saturday.

If my mom found out she would murder me. Is anything I tell the gyno confidential or can she tell my mom that?

i'm considering ultrasound screening for carotid artery blockage and for aortic aneurysm....but I'm allergic to many of the dyes used in radiology....do these tests require injection of dye, or is it like the ultrasound they do when you're pregnant, where they just run the wand over your skin?

I'm 40 in June. I've been going to the docs cos I've been having mood swings, my blood pressure has been a little up to what it should be. I was booked in today to have blood tests to check several things including my hormones but was told to wait until 3 days into my period. I was due last Thursday. Today I cancelled the appointment as my period hadn't started. Found it strange cos I can usually say to the day when I'm due on. While I was out I thought I'd buy a pregnancy kit just to put my mind to rest. Anyway, it was positive lol. Omg what a shock. My hubby is shocked too as he was told he may not be able to father a child as he had radiotherapy 3 yrs ago. He's in the US in the US military and I'm in the UK. We're hoping to move over to him. How am I going to cope with all the stress of fighting my ex in court to get my kids over there with me and cope with the pregnancy too. I know it's not an illness but I have to watch my blood pressure. I can't believe I'm pregnant

I'm asking for my friend, here cause she asked me, and I have no idea. She recently started birth control and last night she missed a pill. She remembered a little bit ago, but she said she was afraid to take it because she'll take the next one in a few hours. Is it okay for her to take two within a few hours of each other, or what should she do?

And just for my curiosity, what happens if you take two that close to each other?
