You should weigh what's right for your body type. It's hard to put an exact number on something like that, because every body is different -- but usually your height and current weight can be calculated together to tell you the percentage of body fat, although this is also not a definitive answer to your question.

If you're worried about your weight, go talk to your doctor about it. They might be able to give you professional insight that can help you out feel better about yourself.

There is no "real" weight anyone should weigh, but I'm guessing about 80 pounds at average.
