I've been having pain in the left side of my lower abdomin for over three months. At first I thought it was an ovarian cyst, like I had once before. When I went to my gynocologist she performed an ultrasound revieling nothing abnormal. It was suggested that muscles in my lower back were the ultimate cause and I was given exercises.
Since then I continue to have pain in my lower abdomin (especially when going to the bathroom, walking, and bending over at the waist) that has progressed from the left side to the center.
The pain became more severe the closer I got to the time I should be menstruating. It was so severe I couldn't sleep one night. Now the pain has eased ever so slightly, but my period is over a week late.
I am not, nor have I ever been, sexually active.
I also have chronic migraines which inhibit my ability to take many medications for pain (trying to avoid rebound headache).
I've been getting more concerned the longer this has been going on. Please help :)

No, I haven't had sex with anyone-still a virgin. I thought since I'm 19 now that periods would be predictable but in my case it's always been on awkward schedules. Most of the time it's either 1 or two I miss my period but this is the longest. I'm thinking it has to do with my weight loss/gain(5lbs), stress from college & work. But recently, my mom's been getting paranoid and getting on my case about it. She's convinced something is wrong with me, when really there isn't. I don't do drugs, drink, have sex, or anything of that sort. But I am convinced it's from stress since October and so forth has had many bumps along the road for me. The hing is when I did have last in October of '06 was that it lasted only 3 days which I know is fine...but since my mom's being paranoid, I'm starting to be paranoid about it too. She says she wants to me to go see a doctor and I don't know if that's necessary. Do you guys have any info. or experience the same thing?
*I need help NOTcriticism.

never any blood, spotted for 5 days, never really touched the panty liner, only faint pink when I used the bathroom, never any blood in the toilet. started one day before period was supposed to start, mild cramping for 1 week prior, and throughout off and on maybe 2-4 times a day. no symptoms of period or pregnancy. I have had my periods since I was 12 and now I am almost 28. I always had irregular cycles, but I never missed a month without bleeding. I am not stressed or anything, no work out, no change in my diet. this so called period was from 3/2-3/6, and a certain times of the day there was nothing there, and me and my husband had sex twice, and each time there was no blood on him or in me. usually if we have sex while I have light bleeding, bad cramps and heavy bleeding would follow, but not now. I have already taken a few hpt but all were neg. should I wait until next AF, or wait 1 week. where you pregnant or did the next AF resume? experinces please.

i am just after menturation fot 2 days and with the last week i have slight discomfort. i drink cranberry juice often as i had kidney infection twice about 3 months ago there was 3 months between the infections.i am wondering have i kidney infection or is it something else.the pain is like a lump been squeezed .i hate going to doctors i have a phobia of doctors and hospitals.i worry about anything,and maybe i make myself worse by doing this.

Let's say me and my girl friend were playing around one day and I swallowed some of her ejaculation by mistake. Is a certain amount harmful for me or do I see medial advise? What is it mostly composed of? and also if were to swallow some of her urine that may be in it, would it be bad for me as well? Please don't flag me. I'm being seroius. Can't find any thing on this.

On Sunday I got really really drunk and woke up naked in bed with a friend. There was blood all over the sheets, the carpet, the walls... I'm a virgin and thought he just fingered me too hard (plus his nails weren't cut) but I just found out last night that we had sex. That being bad enough, I am STILL kind of bleeding. I didn't think it was that strange because I've bled before when guys fingered me and it had kind of stopped a couple of days ago but today when I went to the bathroom a LOT of bright red blood soaked into the toilet paper. So I decided to take a look and see what was going on and discovered that I am TORN the F*** UP! I can see my hymen is torn in lots of places and I have a few rather deep splits in my vagina. Is this normal or do I need to do something about it? I'm too scared to go to the doctor because I don't know how to explain it to my parents if I need some sort of procedure. (I'm 19 and they would probably be almost as broken hearted as I am if they found out)

Any ideas what this is? okay, I'm 15 years old, since January, and I still haven't started my period! The doctor says that if I don't start by the time I'm sixteen I should be worried, but I'm worried anyways. My mom is no help; she just married...again! and is all happy-go-lucky.
I know I'm not pregnant so don't even start with that! I've never had sex, so pregnancy isn't an option...
Can you help, or do you have any advice?

I had my daughter 6 1/2 months ago, everyone around me started telling me I seem depressed, went to the doc. they put me on lexapro. I didnt like to take it because the simple fact that the one bad side effect to them is MAJOR. I started working, well as much as i could do.. I babysat (3 kids+ having my own), because i did not want to leave my daughter in a daycare..you just cant seem to trust them...and i'd would rather be with her for atleast the first year...But now I'm worse, I cried the day after valentines day because my roses were dieing...Im very sensitive now, and I have never been this way. I left from babysitting yesterday, and now she keeps calling wanting me back, but, when im away from those kids and just have my baby im much better...not exactly all better...but better..Should I go back to her tomorrow, or should I find a good daycare for my daughter and go back to work fulltime..Anyone been there, done it and felt better? PLEASE HELP

I was supposed to get my period on Monday the 5th but have yet to get it. Some people are telling me its late cause just recently i got sick, nothing like mono or anything, just a stuffy head with a slight cough. But also I have been working A LOT at work. Normally I work 40hrs a week Mon thru Friday but just recently we have been super busy. I have worked 50hrs of over time. So what the heck? Where is it?

I just had a vaginal hysterectomy 2 weeks and 3 days ago. I feel great, in fact I've been extremely horny, but my Dr. said NOTHING in the VAGINA for 4 weeks! That's almost 2 more weeks... quick i have to leave soon, but heres my question

i need to wear a tampon, but it doesnt fill all the way up in 8 hours. it takes like 12 hours. is that okay?? there the extra light ones to. if i dont let it fill up all the way, it hurts alot when i try to take it out! its already in, will i have to go through pain to get it out after 8 hours? i hope not =[

Okay I know that this is probably something for the doctor but getting an appointment is impossible, however got one next week so until then I thought I would ask. February has been a bit odd, I've been feeling really unwell, pains all over my adbomen, espically in the groin area, feeling sick, stuffy nose, very very very tired, recently I thought I could be pregnant and my period is due today as I am now on my week free from the pill, it has started but its a bit strange, its started this morning dead on time but really painful like sharp pain in the expected area and then blood, it started of brown then a small amount of red then back to brown, yes its just been a day but I keep feeling extra hot and cold very recently as well.
Could I be pregnant? what are the odds
Anybody else experienced similar?
What else could it be?
