antibiotics can led to diarrhea in which you lose alot of body fluid and therefore weight.

Probably not. It would be more likely to be related to whatever reason you are taking the antibiotics. I know of no antibiotic that makes you lose weight.

Antibiotics are NOT a weight loss pill. None of them. You are taking the antibiotics because you have an infection. I would bet money it's the INFECTION that is causing you to lose weight.

I highly doubt it. Have your eating habits changed in the last month or so? Because that's most likely it.
