Women's Health - February 2007

Ok. I had an appendectomy last month around the 7th. Lately the day I get my period seemes to get later and later (19th, 23rd, 25th, 30th and finally the 1st in January) SO I expected to get it around the 1st this month. However, its now the 18th and no period. I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant so could my surgery have effected my cycle? Oh btw the appendectomy was the kind where they use the tiny cameras and make 3 little incisions. I think its called laparoscopic? Serious answers would be appreciated : )

my cousin is worried her daughter is about to start puberty, there is signs of her breasts develpoing and she also has a bit of pubic hair starting, the this is her daughter is 7 1/2. I s this possible, we are hoping not as she is a baby. please anyone who knows id like to know.

Me and My girlfriend are virgin and are planning to have sex, but just out of curiosity, how does sex feel without a condom and with a condom? but the thing is i want it to be really really intimate, and i dont want a condom to be an issue and affect our intimacy or do you suggest that we wait till marriage?

I am looking for non-hormonal birth control and there are not many reliable options. I am considering the copper IUD but I'm worried about insertion and bleeding. With the diapragm, I am concerned that it will be messy and uncomfortable. Does anyone have any insight on birth control that doesn't have the hormonal side effects?

It's just kinda weird, the only people I see who are my age or older or even a little younger that still take that small of a bra size are those who are extremely skinny and I'm not extremely skinny, I wouldn't say I'm fat but I'm bigger than I am skinny. Aren't girls my size suppose to have slightly larger chests? I am not asking this becuase I'm vain or anything like that it just kind of worries me. Does anyone know anybody else whose body type is like this??

i have been having a yellow/green discharge that smells sometimes. when i woke up today i was realy swolen but i'm not usualy, and im in alot of pain when i move around. pluse on top of that i feel like i'm stuck to my underwear and have no to to be physical with my boyfriend. what could it be and where can i got to get it looked at if i have no health insurence.

well it really worries me. I told my doctor about it, but he didnt really tell me what to do about them. then when I had my breast exam I told her but she said it was normal but it freaks me out. I get pimple on the booobs and they are like purple/brown and then they pop and white stuff comes out eww i kno its gross, sometimes red stuff comes out.
