Does your appetite increase or decrease when you are on your menstral cycle?

I think probably both because sometimes i wanna pig out and other times i want to just not touch my food.

It increases right before, then during the first two days I don't want to eat or move or do anything, then the last 3-4 days all I want to do is eat salty, fatty, deep fried anything and wash it down with chocolate.

My appetite usually decreases because I bloat and I hate the feeling of being stuffed and bloating. So I usually eat less until the bloating stages pass. Don't u love being a women?

Mine increases like no other lol especially for carbs which i recently found out happens because carbs help make a certain hormone in your body. So there next time someone complains because you decide you want pasta for dinner again tell them you can't help it, you need some hormones lol
