im 18 years old, i just dont if asking if i have it is wierd or rude to the DR.

It's quite normal for a doctor to hear this, and you should go.
It could be stress, it could be something worse. There are a lot of things that can cause this, but only the doctor can tell you for sure. Don't delay.

Don't feel shy by asking this ? is natural the doctor wont mind anyways is he job so he cadn't say anythig about it. Just make sure u ask is better to ask than to lament later.

uh, honey... u could be pregnant. get a pregnancy test. have u been sexually active? if not then go see tha gyn.
