I am an african american woman in my twenties and have been dealing with this problem for some years and it really bothers me because I can't wear shirts that show a little part of my back. I really need some serious advice because i have been to a dermatologist and have tried taking pills, tried neutrogena body wash and many more solutions. If you have ever had back acne please help me?

i love murad acne body wash. The stuff is insanely expensive...like $45 or something. but it works. I get them a lot from my sports bra and working out at the gym. used the murad stuff for a few weeks and totally cleared it right up!

Ask your dermatologist for tretinoin cream. It worked for me, but dont mess up like me and pick your pimples or they will leave some what permanent ugly scars.

Try some acne antiseptic medication. I guess it would help.

try rubbing alcohol use it 5times a dy every day see wut happens after 1 week
