Yes, difficult but once you know how to achieve it, easy to duplicate. Usually comes after LONG exhausting all day sex where you just don't care about anything but the feeling of it and presto, you're a water fall.

Yes it is. Each womans actual flow after they orgasm is different some just get wet , others dreach there bedding , and some actually shoot out ... its nothing abnormal just varies by person.
