well it really worries me. I told my doctor about it, but he didnt really tell me what to do about them. then when I had my breast exam I told her but she said it was normal but it freaks me out. I get pimple on the booobs and they are like purple/brown and then they pop and white stuff comes out eww i kno its gross, sometimes red stuff comes out. I take a shower eveyday so i dont understand. what the hell is this

they are normal acne like the rest of your body. I get them on rare occasion if I have been working out at the gym a lot and wearing my sports bras. a lot of time they are really ingrown hairs. nothing to worry about really. just treat them like normal acne. don't pick at them.

try exercising....exercising can help your body release some "toxins" out of it and drink lots of water...I used to break out on my thighs and Not anymore because I run regularly and work out in the gym. I've found that has played a great deal in keeping my body clean.

Try putting some acne cream on it and see if it would work!

It something to do with hormones.. don't worry too much coz it will just disappear but there are creams and solutions to make it goes fast. (- -,).
