is there any natural ways to speed up your period, wearing pads or tampons?....can having orgasms??

Well, look.. I'm not sure but I like to think that sex, exercising, sex and going to the bathroom, number two, helps to speed it up. I don't really know if it works or not but oh well.
I'm on birthcontrol and if you are really worried about how long it lasts maybe you should take birthcontrol because most likely your periods will be shorter.

Birth control is the only way to speed it up or not get it at all. You can take that pill that lets you get it every three months.

my chiropractor will do special adjustments on my lower back, hips, and pelvis when i'm on my period... he does it more for the cramps but it seems to help get my period over and done with. as far as orgasms helping, i've heard that they can help reduce cramps. also try to eat healthy, drink lots of water, and exercise.

No, it will last as long as it has too. There's no natural or un-natural way to make it go faster.

Exercise..the blood comes down faster when you do. When I exercise Im not as heavy....but as far as speeding it up..i dont think so, your body determines the speed..
