Might....but not so much! Hormones play a vital role in sex and lubrication. A lot of....excuse me....foreplay will be needed..
If you're a candidate (meening no risk), you can ask your doctor for hormone replacement pills, to solve not only your 'dry' spells, but also other extras that come with menopause (e.g: hot flushes, mood swings, etc..) Might help your sex drive too!
Don't like pills? you need lubrication! KY jelly helps...

I had surgical menopause at the age of 46 due to a hysterectomy. I also had both ovaries removed and do not take hormone replacements at all. I can tell you from personal experience, that everything works just fine.

Yes, but production will be greatly reduced. Just use some lubricating liquid or gel. You can even use regular vaseline as long as you aren't using a condom.
