I find that while my periods are lighter on this pill, they are still quite heavy. I also find it difficult to take the pill at the exact same time every day due to uni, work and another medical reason which makes me sleep alot. I have weaned myself off Zoloft as I suffered from depression last year. Does depo provera stop your periods or will I still keep getting them? Also when in your cycle should you get your first injection?

I just graduated from college so now im off my parents insurance. I'm almost sure I have a UTI. I haven't called my normal dr yet but do you think they would still see me if I dont have insurance anymore? how much might it be for the visit and the antibiotics? if not what are some low cost options?

OK, details: Ever since I began menstruating (at 13), I was irregular (could go 6-8 months without a period). Had first child @21 y/o. had 2nd child @ 23. After that, cycles went regular (clockwork 28-29 dy cycle). Had a miscarriage @ 27 y/o and had 3rd child @28 (May 2006). Had tubal ligation(July 2006-3kids is enough for me!). Diagnosed with a brain tumor on Aug 24 2006, brain surgery on Sept. 1 2006. Last year or so has been a traumatic time for my body I know, its alot to go thru in a short period of time. The tumor turned out to be benign but it caused damage with its growth (lemon sized growth in the inner medial aspect of the rt. temporal lobe, and its removal required a portion of my frontal lobe to be removed in the process). I did not require any chemo or rad. therapy. Heres the deal: I have just started my 3rd period in a month and a half. 1st one lasted 8 days, 2nd one lasted 11 days, and now tonite it starts again! I am in alot of pain too.

Well, first of all, I am getting these veins in my boobs that I and my husband have never noticed, and my nipples seem a tad bigger, and my boobs hurt which they have been for almost two weeks. I started spotting around the 22nd and I usually do so for about four days, which means I should have had the full blown bleeding starting today. I've been cramping for a good week or a little more. My husband and I did have sex about every day around my ovulation time, but I wouldn't think preg symptoms like those would show up this early. Anyone with any ideas?

hi, my birth control prescrption has expired and I REALLY don't want to have to take another exam just to get a refill. I have read that thet if your under a certain age, there only neccesory every two years. I don't think that I should be forced to have one done just to get the pill. how can I get my doctor to refill my presction without the exam?

ok well
i got my period wen i was 12 years old and after that 1 time i didnt get it for another year or so
but thats normal so i didnt freak out
the second time i got it it came every month for about 4 months but it was still irregular
then it stopped coming again until 4 months later when it fially came again
after that it came every month for about 2 or 3 months
then it stopped
i havent gotten it in 4 or 5 months and im 15
im not exactly sure about the time lenths but it should be about right
wats wrong with me? is this nnormal? do i need to see aa doctor?

One of my best friends had sex while she was on her period and usually her "bleeding" (icky i know, it is all the time) lasts for about 7 days. She has it rough! But the day after she had unprotected sex, her period started to get much lighter when usually that's one of her heaviest days and her period ended early. She thinks she's pregnant. I know it's possible to get pregnant on your period, but can someone help me give her a little bit of reassurance because even I don't know. Just help me calm her down, she's starting to get a litle freaked out. Thanks guys!

had my period for 6 years last 6 months been all over the place. Will get them for 6-13 days straight, a break for 2 weeks, then get them for 2 days, a break for a week, then 4 days on etc what does this mean?

ok so i bought tampons and i'm goning to try to use them for the first time, they are the plastic applicator. i tried them before and it was one of my moms and it was a cardboard applicator and i couldn't get it in!! are the plastic ones easier? and do you have any tips to help me insert one?

i mean i'll stop bleeding for a couple of days or for about a week bu tother than than i bleed all the time and sometimes its very light but i'm always bleeding. it's not discharge, although sometimes it is, but most of the time it's not. idk what i should do, i'm on accutane so idk if its the medication as well. i need some answers, help!
