Tenderness in the breasts is normal. Even when you are through puberty and have fully matured the nipples will still be tender from time to time. Has to do with hormonal changes. It is nothing to worry about unless that something hard grows. It won't be long before you have to get mammograms anyway. Learn now how to do proper breast exams and make a habit of it. You can probably learn how on WebMD.

Hey youngin'....
Well, ya never know. It's good that you asked all of us - because we will give you your FIRST lesson in "puberty" and "growing up"........... "SEE A DOCTOR"......
It is probably not a big deal, but you NEVER know and you don't want to start ignoring your body at such a young age. I am not trying to scare ya kiddo. I went from a 34 AAA to what I am now (a 36 F) over the course of my ninth grade summer and GOSH knows I remember my "Boobay's" hurtin me all the time in many wierd - wierd places.............
As embarrassing as it may seem - to seek help, it is the best idea. There is no reason for you to suffer anyway - even if it is a small (lil') pain......
OK? Please talk to your Momma' and tell her ya just wanna "check it out"...... Either way, in the next few years, you will find yourself doing MUCH more embarrassing things in a Dr's office (anyway)...... They make ya get "completely" naked when it comes time for the ol' "Pap smear"......
Just think of this appt as a "Warm up"..... Boobs only.....
That way, the next appt (in a few years from now will be no biggie)......
I hope I helped.
Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
I am HAPPY to help.

what do you mean? does yr n! hurt or yr breast? if it's yr breast, you should go to a doctor and check it out. - it can either be breast cancer(usually older women 40 or so get them but nowadays young people get them too.) or just tissue? thing(which is not really serious)-try and avoid eating fast food and greasy food. eat lots of green veggies. Or it could be just some temporary thing. Still if yr worried I'd say go and check with yr doctor. It's better to be safe than sorry.

It is probably your breasts growing. Pain is normal when they are growing. Try not to touch it. Wear a thin light shirt if clothing hurts too, or sleep topless. I used to do that, and it helped. SO does a little cold water to soothe the pain.

See your doctor NOW! Tell the receptionist and try to get in today. The earlier such things are checked out, the better.

Very normal. All girls get "knots" that hurt when they are approaching puberty. It's just hormones kicking in for you to grow into a woman.

Hun if its in your nipple...depending on your age...if you havent gone through puberity full blown then its probably nothing too serious.....though if you really want to be sure talk to your OB/GYN and tell them that you are concerned....

Your breasts can get sore when it's that time of the month or with pregancy.
If it really concerns you go and see your doctor.
