i have this zittish thing on the outside of my vagina and it feels exactly like a zit...can u get zits down there?

i have never had sex...and the only thing i have done, was when i was little i touched the upper part of a boys area, it was not the penis it was like an inch above where that starts

This IS know to occur sometimes for some women- usually from an ingrown hair around there, more likely if you shave. So don't worry, it should clear up and go away.

It sounds like an infected hair follicle(hair bump) I wouldn't worry about it. You can pop it if you want, or wait for it to go away. Do you shave? Sometimes when the hair grows back, it'll grow back underneath the skin an cause a weird bumps.

see a doc if it hurts or painful to touch if not still see a doc
