you will probably still grow some more so dont worry much about it. but hey even if you dont theres nothing wrong with being short.

Natural Time. That is what makes you taller.. naturally you will have another growth spurt that will add to your height, but until then the milk and calcium helps your bones stay strong...so its good especially when you get much much older so dont throw the milk out of the window...though the calcium pills i hope your taking as it says on the bottle....

Otherwise right now, wearing smaller high heels will get you the height....but nothing otherwise can help you....sorry.

Orange juice or vitamin C helps alot. Also calcium does nothing if you dont have vitamin D. Try and work your back muscles to keep your spine strait try not and do alot of sitting or slouching.
Dunno I was like 5'5 or so when i i was 12-13 and thats what i did and when i turned 15 i was 6'4 and now im 6'6. :)

Most girls don't grow much taller naturally after reaching puberty. I said most so you can be an exception.Milk should be enough calcium, so don't over do it. You are a long way from getting osteoperosis( brittle bones). no calcium pills would be better for you.short women are beautiful so don't worry unless you plan to play in the wnba.

Unless you have a deficiency of Human Growth Hormone, or Thyroid problems, just be patient. Growth is mainly hereditary. How tall is your mom and dad? What about your grandparents? That will give you a clue. You have a few more years yet to grow. Don't worry.

It's mostly genetics. Sorry. But growth is stimulated by the thyroid gland so eating foods rich in iodine can help. At least in theory. During the Cold War, the USSR used to give their athletes who they wanted to be taller mega doses of iodine. Too much iodine can also be toxic. Be careful.

it hard to magically grow taller. But what your doping is already good relax your only 13! you could have another 5 years to growing! Continue getting enough calcium and eat your veggies too. And stretch maybe.
