Obviously everyones body is different, but I've had three children and my periods are still irregular from time to time. I even get the clotting your talking about. Gross sounding, I know and even more so to go through, but after having children your body has went through so many changes that it never really goes back to normal. Your hormones are constantly up and down as well. Not sure if your on any type of birth control, but that has an effect too. I have my tubes tied and the doctor put me on birth control as a way to regulate my periods. Strange, but it works.
