I want to start using tampons. I know how to use them and everything. My friend uses Carefree slim with the silk ease applicator. She says that they are very comfortable. I was wondering what some of you think of their tampons. Thank you!

This is going to be embarrasing...but...I don't know which hole to put a tampon in. I'm 12 years old, and I don't even know how to put one in. Ive read SO many books, and they don't help be. Can somebody give me a website that would have the information i need (including the first thing)?

I have been having REALLY bad panic attacks (they are under control now) is that why I haven't gotten my period?? I was supposed to get it about 2 weeks ago!! About 2 weeks ago there was a little blood but the next day and since then.....nothing!! I have been moody and all that but no blood!! Is it because of all the panic attacks???? I haven't had any contact with a male.......what's wrong with me???

If I ovulated on the 31st and had sex on the 8th, got my period on the 15th....is there any chance I am pregnant?

Don't eggs only survive 24-48 hours, leaving enough of a time frame for it to disintregate into the uterine lining? Also, women only ovulate once per cycle. Last time I asked this question everyone answered YES you can get pregnant. How? Am I pregnant?

ok i was seeing this guy for 3 months.......just ended recently, because of my own stupidity i trusted him we used protection but a few times we didn't........about a month ago......slowly i noticed a smelly/fishy....type frothy smell with a light green/whitish, more white vagina discharge.......at first i though it was a yeast infection and alot of the times if it's a small one, it actually goes away on it's own after my period........so i waited, i don't have insurance and didn't have the money right then.......ok now the past few days......like 3.......i found out that i got ******* crabs.....from this person, ******* sick! and now i am getting cramps like i am having my period and i am not! and i got vaginal bleeding with the same discharge.......etc.........i know the difference between a 'period' and actual BLOOD....it's not heavy but not really light either...........i am gonna schedule a doctor's appt on monday.........so what do you think? any women ever have the same problem?

I am itchy in my private area and I don't know why! I just shaved it and I think I'm allergic to metal because I broke out in hives and was itching it. I shaved it to LOOK NICE, but now it looks like something else... is there anything I can put on it and/or use next time so that I don't get the horrible irritation from shaving down there?

I have been experiencing a pain/tenderness in my stomach (below the belly button) for a long period of time. I had an ultrasound and they noticed a thickening of the cervix. Anyone have any ideas as to what this means?

ive been taking birth control for about 19 days. i havent missed one day but i havent exactly taken it at the same time of the day, sometimes i take it within 2-3 hours of when i normally take it. this has happened like 2 or 3 times. what are my chances of getting pregnant if i had sex today and im supposed to get my period sometime next week?

Ok im 19 years old and i lost my virginity Febuary of this year.And it hurts EVERY time i have sex. Like my first time over and over again. i talked to my doctor months ago and she said it's just me still being tight However it still continues to hurt and i bleed alittle afterwords. I know its not a STD cause my boyfriend (who im living with and engaged to) got tested before we did anything and hes in the Nation guard so he gets blood work all the time. (That and i've never done it without a condom) So i dont know what could be wrong.

I'm 16 and I have a really bad periods. I bleed alot enough to completly go threw a overnightpad in 30 minutes and I pass things that look like bits of pork. I also have severe cramps that are so bad I can't stand up on some days. But my main problem is that when I get up and move like to get to classes I start to gush bright red and then I feel faint I have been taken out of school in a wheel chair 6 times this year due to my blood pressue taking a dive. Has any one else ever had symptoms like this and dose anyone have any advice on what I can do to deal with the symptoms so I can get on with my life?

I dont mean to be gross, but recently I started shaving my pubic area, and I am having some problems. Well, the area is becoming darker and then I have a bump on the side that is swollen and filled with pus.. *I dont mean to be gross, I am just being honest* I am not sexually active so, there s not a chance of it being an STD or something. I only started shaving down there bc I though that, that was the in thing to do. Now, the hair is growing back and it is itchy. Has this ever happened to anybody else? If so, what did you do? I honestly think that I have sensitive skin, and that is causing me to react so badly to shaving.. I keep my razors clean, I use shaving cream and I switch a diff. razor each time I have shaved. What is wrong with me? Honest answers please!

She is 14.
I've booked her, an appointment with, the Gyno. It's very important that she goes.

But she is refusing, as she is scared and embarrassed.

I've told her, what will happen. And that if she wants, i'll be with her.

Hasn't made any difference. !!

Can i force her to go ??. Can't see her going any other way.

I had a miss carriage yesterday, and i am still bleeding. The doctor didnt say much except that if the bleeding is pouring again ring them back, it's not but it's not that light either.
