The reason I am asking is because on the centrum bottle it states: adults take one daily. Would I be considered an adult in terms of taking the pill?

I know you will probably not like this answer, but the best vitamin for you is Flintstones. Now before you think you are two old, let me tell you this. I worked with pregnant women in the past who would get sick with regular pre-natal vitamins. We always recommend Flintstones to them. They really are one of the best vitamins you can take. The Centrum would be a little strong for you. At 16 you are still growing and need alot more than they offer. You also can get an overdose from vitamins that can be harmful to development. Take Flintstones, know-one has to know but you.
