i have red bumps in my body that bleeds alot when i touch them..whats wrong with me?

Just to be safe I'd say go see a doctor. Espescially if they hurt alot. If your putting alot of pressure on them or poking them with a sharp tool, I would think that they are just acne. But if you just touch them without a lot of pressure, I'd say yes. It may be a little extra money, but you might as well be safe then sorry.
