first thing you need to do is relax let nature take its course but one thing that helps is after sex raise pelvis onto pillows and stay there about 15 to 30 minutes good luck wish you much success or at least the fun of trying

Count 14 days from the first day of her last period, and she should be at her most fertile then. This is the time of ovulation, when her eggs are ready to be fertilized.

She can take her temperature every morning before getting out of bed, and at the time it's higher, even by a fraction of a degree, that can signal ovulation. They sell ovulation thermometers in the drugstores.

Also, after sex, have her put a pillow under her butt for about a half hour, and that helps get the sperm up higher.

All these things were things we had to do years ago in attempting to get pregnant.

Good luck!

Just relax. Getting pregnant can take up to a year. Also don't have sex everyday, try every other day. I saw a documentary that said that as a women orgasms her cervix tilts and dips down into where a pool of semen would be. But most of all don't treat every time you have sex as a job, that will take all the romance out of it. Just enjoy being together and enjoy each other. It took my husband and I 5 months before we got pregnant. When we finally relaxed and started having sex because we wanted to and not because we had to, we conceived our daughter.
