How do you tell fake breast from real? I know that now they make them quite belivable?

Believe it or not...you can tell by the nipples. With breasts that are "fake" the nipples always stay erect. They never get soft. But with "real" breasts the nipples are only erect when they are stimulated somehow like by cold temperature, touch, etc. Fake breast nipples cannot react to stimuli, so they stay erect all the time. If you ever have a chance to do so..observe someone who has fake breasts and check it out. It's absolutely true....

One really good way to tell, is if a woman is lying flat on her back and her boobs still point towards the sky instead of lying flat, that is a pretty damn good indication that they are implants! HTH : )
