I'm 16 and I have a really bad periods. I bleed alot enough to completly go threw a overnightpad in 30 minutes and I pass things that look like bits of pork. I also have severe cramps that are so bad I can't stand up on some days. But my main problem is that when I get up and move like to get to classes I start to gush bright red and then I feel faint I have been taken out of school in a wheel chair 6 times this year due to my blood pressue taking a dive. Has any one else ever had symptoms like this and dose anyone have any advice on what I can do to deal with the symptoms so I can get on with my life?

you need to consult a gynecologist and they can give you medicine to regulate your period and slow down the blood flow if you are using any medicine with aspirin stop because that could be contributing to it read all labels of overcounter medicine that you are taking

I have walked in your shoes and know how terrible and debilitating it is.

What finally helped me was having a couple of D&C's. Perhaps you can talk with your gynecologist and see if they will perform the procedure for you.

The doctor put me on birth control pills to stop my periods for 3 months to see if my periods would normalized when the birth control pills were stopped. They didn't and that's why we had to try the D&C process.

You also need to keep your iron levels up during this time as you are losing so much blood. The bits of pork you are seeing is the lining discharging. You might also want to have your blood pressure checked out - maybe a blood pressure pill a day will help.

I wish I could help you more and only hope that you are able to resolve this issue soon. Take care.

What are the symptoms of endometriosis?
Pain is one of the most common symptoms of endometriosis. Usually the pain is in the abdomen, lower back, and pelvis. The amount of pain a woman feels does not depend on how much endometriosis she has. Some women have no pain, even though their disease affects large areas. Other women with endometriosis have severe pain even though they have only a few small growths. Symptoms of endometriosis include:

Very painful menstrual cramps
Pain with periods that gets worse over time
Chronic pain in the lower back and pelvis
Pain during or after sex
Intestinal pain
Painful bowel movements or painful urination during menstrual periods
Heavy and/or long menstrual periods
Spotting or bleeding between periods
Infertility (not being able to get pregnant)
Fatigue
Women with endometriosis may also have gastrointestinal problems such as diarrhea, constipation, or bloating, especially during their periods

Okay well obviously your bleeding amount is not normal and feeling faint is also abnormal. The safest thing to do is see a doctor immediately! Go to a specialist (OBGYN) and they can explain everything to you. You might have a serious problem and it's best to get it looked at as soon as possible. Good luck and I hope you get answers!

Actually, uyou should see a gyno. dont be mistaken by the birth control pill. yes they are used to prevent pregnancy but also to regulate periods and reduce cramping. I experienced the same thing and honestly the pill changed my life. no more cramps, no dizziness, no heavy bleeding and lastly shorter periods.
