ok hun you can expect the bleeding to last up to 6 weeks. i misscarried my baby at 10 wks and i bleed heavy during the misscarrage and the first week after then it was like having my period for another 4 weeks. dont use tampons tho all that yucky has to come out. calm down i know its scary and upsetting. oh and you shouldnt need a dnc as long as before the bleeding stops it turns brown. when your bleeding does stop completly its important to go and have a pap smear done to make sure it all came out. other wise it can give you an infection. but as long as it turns brown youll be fine. i lost mine in 97 my regular doc wanted to do a dnc but i got a second appinion and he said i didnt need it that most of the time the body does it on its own. and now i have a 7 yr old a 2 yr old and am pregnant again. sometimes things happen for a reeason i am sorry to hear but in time you will get past this

ok, i'm no vet in any respect yet i have had an collection of diverse canines. Supposing some outdoors pressure reason this... wager #a million: i'm basically wondering if that's some thing he would were chewing, tried to swallow and it lodged in his throat. A stick, a raw cover or difficult plastic...replaced into he a chewer? which could clarify the blood, canines pant at the same time as their in soreness or lower than pressure, and may be afraid of whats taking position to them to the point of being aggressive. If that replaced into the case the overseas merchandise interior the throat would have led to tracheal swelling and suffocated him. wager #2: Is there a chance he would were hit with the help of a motor vehicle? basically because a canines receives hit does not recommend they are splat on the line....he would were grazed and replaced into bleeding internally. which could clarify the blood from the mouth, panting and habit. thus maximum in all probability died of inner trauma. wager #3: Any kind of diseases, cancers, infections or poisonings that would have befell......... Sorry on your loss..

Firstly ,sorry to hear about you loss. That happened to me also a few years back now.I had to go into the hospital, the next day in a couple of days after, and they said I could either have a d and c ,or tablets to expel whatever was still left inside,or just wait to let it come out on its own.I decided to wait and thankfully the rest came away with no trouble. You may be offered a scan to make sure that there is nothing left behind ,as this could cause infection.Often miscarriages are the bodys way of having a trial run ,and you any other pregnancy will go just as it should.best wishes to you****

I have no idea how far your pregnancy was through when you miscarried - if it was an incomplete miscarriage (everything didnt come away) you may need a procedure to remove the remainder.

I'm terribly sorry - and its terrible you didnt get better care. If you are in the UK call NHS24 and make an appointment rather than going in to the hospital on a saturday night!

Take care x

A miscarriage doesn't happen instantly. You will bleed for a few days at least. I bled for 2 weeks when I miscarried. All your womb lining needs to come out, just like having a period but depending on how pregnant you are the lining will be more.

Hi!

First of all let me say how sorry I am that you are experiencing this. I have had two miscarriages and know how hurt and confused you must be feeling right now.

The bleeding you are having is perfectly normal. I bled for two weeks after each of my miscarriages, had two weeks of nothing and then my periods returned.

If you are worried though you should call NHS direct or go see your doctor again.

Hopefully you will be blessed with another child soon.

as long as the bleeding does not turn heavy or contains large clots, then its normal. bleeding can last up to a few days but everyone is different. try to eat well and drink plenty of fluids, any severe changes and speak to the doc. sorry for your loss.
