Ok im 19 years old and i lost my virginity Febuary of this year. And it hurts EVERY time i have sex. Like my first time over and over again. i talked to my doctor months ago and she said it's just me still being tight However it still continues to hurt and i bleed alittle afterwords. I know its not a STD cause my boyfriend (who im living with and engaged to) got tested before we did anything and hes in the Nation guard so he gets blood work all the time. (That and i've never done it without a condom) So i dont know what could be wrong.

Your condition is dyspereunia. Dyspareunia (dis-pa-roon-ia) is the medical term for pain during intercourse. You may hear your doctor use this word or see it in other written material. Pain during intercourse can be caused by a wide variety of reasons.

Examples include an allergic reaction to a personal hygiene product or hormonal changes related to aging. Sometimes, emotional issues may also play a role.

The Causes of Pain During Intercourse Include:

Tipped or retroverted uterus - Some women with a tipped uterus experience pain during intercourse. This happens when the penis hits the cervix or uterus during sex. This condition is known as collision dyspareunia.

Endometriosis - The tissue lining the uterus - the endometrium - may grow outside the uterus causing deep pain during sex.

Infection - Bacterial or yeast infections are among the most common causes of pain during intercourse. and you already had urinary infection and you need to confirm that you are completely devoid of any residual infection.

Vulvodynia - In this condition, the vulva is hypersensitive and extremely tender on touch.

Drug side effects - Common drugs including those for allergy, high blood pressure or depression may affect the amount of vaginal lubrication, as well as the level of sexual arousal and desire.

Physical problems - Scar tissue from abdominal surgery. A cyst on an ovary can also cause pain.

Pelvic floor myalgia - Pelvic floor muscle spasms are involuntary muscle spasms and can result in difficult and uncomfortable sex.

Emotional issues - Sometimes, past issues such as sexual abuse or communication problems in a relationship can translate into sexual difficulties.

Now all these are listed mainly to help you seek the right kind of treatment to help you overcome this problem, which i am sure is temporary and you will soon get over with.

Btw, sometimes, just inadequate lubrication can be the cause of the problem and some women react to the lubricant used as well.

Dogs can become allergic to flea bites as they grow older. It may surprise you to know this is related to over vaccination. Dogs should be vaccinated no more than once every four years for the core vaccines such as parvovirus distemper etc. Over-vaccination causes certain reactions, from immune system damage to flea allergies that cause wet type eczema and terrible itching. You need to see the vet. He will give you treatment to remove the fleas, and treatments such as hibi scrub to help the dog clear up the sores on the skin. Vaccine companies and Veterinarian bodies state core vaccine should only be given every 3 or 4 years maximum. See my article below that explains the problems

You might want to get a second opinion. Have they checked you for endometriosis. Im not saying thats waht you have. But endo can be very painful even during sex. I would get a second opinion and make it clear that you cant take the pain and you want them to figure out whats up and see what they can do to help u. hang in there i know it must be frustrating.

Use LOTS of water based lubricant. Make sure it is water based or it will degrade the condom. This will really help with the pain and should also help prevent the bleeding.
