The dr. gave me a sample of loestrin lo. When am I suupose to take this and what's your experience with it? What happened during the first month? Also, not to be nosey, but how do you pay for it?

What insurance companies will pay for birth control? I'm on it because my periods are out of wack and I also want to prevent pregnancy before I become sexually active. I can't drive, don't have a job, and will be takin' off my medical I have now. It only pays for the doctor visits. So, my gyno had to give me a sample of loestrin lo. I use to medical through welfare (though I'm not proud). I'm 19 and still live at home. Please help! I only have 30 days to get a new insurance!

My wife had an abortion about 1.5 month ago and after that she was advised to have a pap smear test.2 days ago they sent a letter which says that it has had some abnormal results and she might be infected by HPV and must do a colposcopy test.she is 25 years old.Im so shocked since we got this letter but I can't show it toward her cuz she is nervous enough .Anybody can advise me on this?

I have a 35 day cycle and I started having some dark brown bleeding the last 3 days, just enough to use maybe 2 pantiliners a day. What could this be and what could be causing it? My husband and I are TTC, but I'm positive this has nothing to do with being pregnant. Going to the Drs tomorrow just looking for some opinions.

Im thinking of buying an epillator. Im used to waxing and dont find it to painful but iv heard people say epillating is painful - although these are probably the people who say waxing is painful.
just wondering if you could offer me your opinions and experiences and possibly suggest a good one.

i use pads not tampons. And i will be in a swim meet with lots of other swimmers.

I've been on the nuva ring and I want to change the week I have my period to the middle of the month. What's the best way to go about doing that? I'm supposed to be on my period now but havent taken the ring out. Can I just take it out and put in another one?

Ok, I have massive fibroid tumors, and they are causing some serious health problems, like blood clots. I've been advised that I need to have a hystorectomy, but my current insurance won't cover the hospitalization. What can I do? And should I be afraid that this will eventually kill me?

ok, is it the depo doing this to me?? I was on the depo for 4 years prior to this, but i got off of it for 3months and got pregnant. Ever since i had my baby (2 years ago) my body has been so messed up so i dont know what to think anymore. I just recently got back on the depo and its totally different than the last time i was on it. I got on it like oct 12th and i did have my period around nov. 25th and it was normal. All of a sudden here lately Ive been extremely tired, moody, gaining weight, and noticed a milky white discharge. I know most people dont get pregnant on the depo so i highley doubt thats a possibility, but is this normal for the depo, cuz it wasnt like this the last time i was on it. what do you think?

I've been told everything from sugar, to diet, to hygiene, to diabetes, to birth control. I've cut out sugar, dieted, I'm VERY hygienic, and to my knowledge do not have diabetes. What can I do to get rid of them for good????

i have realy bad period cramps....there not even cramps theyre like someone pulling out my insides. they come in like contractions...its wierd...if u kno wut i mean....it happends every mestrual cycle for me.....this is the worst month though...is there anything besides medication, hot watr and a heating pad to relive the pain PLEASE HELP

My wife was a virgin before we got married. We have had sex several times since but now she is having pains in her vigina afterwards for days, along with a very small amount of blood when she pees. Has anyone heard of this or is it common? She gets well lubricated. I am not oversized and I don't think I have been too rough but she does say it hurts when we are in the middle of it, even if we take it slow. Any insite is apprechiated.

i had my period 2 weeks ago, and i am on secdual every month. Well right now it's been 2 weeks and i am havin this weird period. It's been going on all day and i have been leakin out brown fluid like what u see that the end of ur period but it's been going on all day. It's not heavy or light and it's not stopping. I'm not on any birth control or anything and i have unprotected sex with my husband. (we are trying to have a baby) but what is going on with me???

I'm on the pill and have never been able to skip a period by just continuing taking a second turn of pills right after the first one is done.
I have almost 2 weeks left of the set I'm on now.. but I'm going to a wedding during the week that I'm going to have my period. IS THERE ANY WAY FOR ME TO AVOID THIS? Can I make myself have my period earlier if I go to the strongest pills right now and skipping some of the middle ones? Or how can I for sure skip a period since I have never been able to before? I just get it anyways a few days later....
