It means that your liver, or kidneys, or prostate are working harder than normal.

Usually it means its trying to filter something out of your system.
Drink warm water in the morning, with no sugar, no coffee. Tea maybe, but hot/warm boiled water in the morning. <-- this will filter out your liver, kidneys, bladder, urinary tract, so throwout the day when your active your antibodies can clean your system.

Another post stated cranbarry juice and they are right it is great for you, if you have a bladder infection or urinary infection, drink natural cranbarry juice, fresh cranbarries are cheaper now because of the holidays. Dont get the juices that have artificial colors.
Fresh oranges are a great souce too, although the ones from Florida at the moment have bugs after the hurricanes, so pick orenges from other areas, until Floridas next harvest.

Dont worry usually clears on its own, it might take time. Like a week or so, yet if you start to develop pain anywhere then become a little worried. If you start to develop pain...... Then do research doctors in your area that are licensed to prescribe herbal cures to heal your prostate.

Umm unfortunatly, I am not a doctor, so I cant prescribe anything to you, in addition I have not seen your symptoms, so I can only generalize how to clean out everything that it could be, instead of only 1 thing.

So...
Try cleaning out your system with the hot water, oranges, cranbarries, wait about 10 days. If you feel it is your prostate, then there is information below, although becarefull, dont follow this unless your sure its your prostate.

I have heard that enlarged prostate could be caused by potassium depleation.
Potassium depleation is due to the fact that people have filtered water, filtered water also removes alot of the minerals that we need to stay healthy. Although we add pesticides and chemcials to our dricking water, so we have to filter it.

If it is your prostate you can add a small amount of potassium to your diet. Very small. and/ or add parsley, saw plametto, cornsilk, buchuleaf, cayenne, kelp, damiana, nettle root, hydrangea, red colver and pumpkin seeds to your diet.

And you are 100% correct, do not take pain relievers, injesting medication could hurt an already sensitive system. and you know this because you stated remedy without pharmis.

Although if this does not help, and you do experience pain, go see your doctor.

You might be dehydrated or have a urinary tract infection. try drinking a big glass of water an hour before bed and then not drinking anything after that. go pee right before bed. or if it ever burns or otherwise hurts you can try cranberry juice (not from concentrate) - that helps UTIs. But its also normal for people to have less control of their bladders as they get older... if its a dramatic change and these homespun remedies dont work def. talk to your doctor.

If it is just frequent urination with no pain - that could be normal. It is very healthy to urinate alot. If it is causing pain it could be a sign of a kidney or bladder infection or if when you urinate it is only a little is another good sign of kidney or bladder infection - try some natural cranberry pills or cranberry juice with no sugar.

drink less water. if that doesn't help, you might have a bladder infection, in which case you HAVE to go to the doctor. Some symptoms include a kind of tickling/hurting sensation when you pee. Thats when you know you have one and the doctor has to give you medicine

Drink some cranberry juice or any antioxidant. You should see a doctor and tell him you don't want pills. There are millions of ways to cure UTI's without drugs.

drink a lot of water. I know this sounds like the opposite of what you should do, but if you have a bladder infection, drinking lots of water does help.

Don't drink anything later than 7 pm. Or strenghten your bladder muscle by stopping & starting & stopping etc. when you pee.
