Women's Health - October 2006

Has anybody used them and do they work. I bought one from avon and I dont know if it works or not. I used it one day and havent used it since just wanted to know if anyone else has any experiance with it.

By a normal 28 day cycle ovulation chart, (which I have a *regular* 28 day cycle), I ovulated 6 days ago and this morning I have Heavy Clear Cervical Mucus, It's slimy, sorry so graphic, I've never had this before with any other cycle, just curiuos is to what it is?! Please only for doctors or women who have this same problem. Why are my periods so long? They last for almost 2 weeks and I have had 2 ultrasounds and the doctors insist nothing is wrong with me and that it’s all hormonal. I'm starting to get worried and very frustrated. I'm in my late 20's and would like to have children in the near future but that will be difficult being that I menstruate about half the year. Do you know what can be a possible reason for this and what it anything I can do about this?

my fiance and i have been trying to start a family for 2 months now. I've taken prenatal vitamins, and have done everything textbook like charting bbt , cm, and ovulation times. he is also taking vitamins and we are eating healthy. That is the bad thing. Unless you are willing to adopt an older child, then babies are not available for at least 7 years, due to a long waiting list. I'm sorry, but I want a baby.

I have a genetic condition which is inherited dominantly, meaning my kids would have a %50 chance of getting it. It is called neurofibromatosis, causing benign little tumors to grow on the nevers. It is more of a pain than anything. Not deadly. The tumors though will increase in growth while I am pregnant more than likely. I have two in my brain. Do I chance it and have a baby? Or do I adopt a child from another country? Please give advice.
