I think I have strained my eyes. My eyes really hurt when I look around, and I feel sick in my stomache. Are these two things related?

It very well could be related. Excessive eyestrain makes it difficult for your eyes to focus, which can lead to motion sickness - which totally makes lots of people feel sick to their stomachs :)

Eye strain can cause serious head aches. And that can lead to other problems. I dont think its really as physical sickness as mental, but its still very convincing.

It may sound crazy, but your eyes can make you nauseated. I need glasses, but when I put them on, the lenses are so strong, it makes me nauseated. When I put the glasses on, its like I am tromping aound in a hayfield because the glasses bring the floor up to my face. I would never try to go down stairs with them on. The nausea is the big thing though.

I can get queasy if my eyes are hurting when I'm on the computer for a long time. Try drinking something or eating a small snack when it happens.
