I would go to your doctor. You could just be spotting. Are you sure it is from your vagina. Do you have hemorrhoids? Could it be from the back passage? Anyway, I definitely think you should see your doctor.

First off i would take a pregnancy test because you can have whats called (Implantation Bleeding) which is a really light spotting that occurs when a fertilized egg implants into your uterus and you become p/g. If that's negative i would go to the doc, if you have a fairly regular cycle and you always know when your going to start and end your period abnormal bleeding could be a sign of a health problem like cervical cancer or an STD. I would take the p/g test first off and then make a doc's appointment to be sure, better safe than sorry.Good Luck!!

Hi Hun, I have had this prob l8telly i was really worried too. I went to the doctor and all mine was: When you finish a period you get kind of like discharge from the vagina but insted of it being clear its red. This is your body getting rid of all the c**p that builds up whilst you are on your period that's all.

My doctor said the only time you have to worry is if when you go to the toilet it is covered in blood or there are clots within the blood which is unlikely if you haven't had any probs before.

I hope this will help you hun. Just dont worry too much. Good Luck.

Are you taking the contraceptive pill? If so, breakthrough bleeding is fairly common. The best advice is to go and see your doctor and get it checked out.
It could also be piles if it's coming from further back possibly.
It sounds like 'spotting' or break-through bleeding to me.

Good luck.
