or should I lose weight...I'm 5'2", 13, very active, and I have a pretty hourglassed shape...I just wanna know if I should lose weight and if so should I lose alot or just like a little...k thank you

You Sound FIne and Healthy.. If you are happy with yourself that is all that matters.. If I were you i would not lose to much weight

u shouldnt have to lose anything...ur waist is a 25...that is not fat. Be happy u got 36 chest and 37 hips.....ur only 13 and I hope u know ur still growing. But the height will even out ur weight as u grow. U R NOT FAT

You're just great, you've got plenty of growing to do. If you say "I have a pretty hourglass shape" then why would you think you need to lose weight?

Stay away from pop (soda).

At your age! You can grow upwards for another 3 yrs. You have not reached optimum height yet.

Eat proper food and you don't have to worry about weight gain. Stop visiting fast food joints and don't drink too much soda pop.

Eat more fruits.
