yumi, I like both, but if the pain is overruling the pleasure then I have to change positions.
a lot of people tell me that legs over the shoulders is a good one, but it hurts me really bad, so I can't do that one. But my best position for both is from behind with my upper body pushed down against the bed/floor..... feels nice... lots of pain and pleasure in that one.
I make noises because it feels good, and I can't stop myself, if I try to hold in my screams, then I get uncomfortable, But I also notice that I don't moan at all when I'm on top, guessing from concentration.

It depends on the woman. If it hurts I think we are smart enough to tell you to stop or change positions. We make noise to guide you and let you know what feels good. If you really want to please the ladies, ask what feels good. Don't be embarrassed to do this because you are already naked so what is the difference? She will appreciate that you care about her needs. Remember though, sometimes we fake it with noises so you hurry the hell up!!

properly, if it really is tremendous sex, the moaning is honest or authentic. yet when it really is only ho-hum sex, the moaning is pretend. sometime I moan in the time of sex because i recognize that my husband likes it. I also do it so he would end quickly! :P
