Yep, that week-end diet did it! Try anything "white" - mashed potatoes, cottage cheese, applesauce, white cheeses of any kind, white bread (no butter), plain crackers...no milk, though. Get some Sports Drinks for your electrolytes and good luck!

Rice.
Avoid fibrous veggies and hot spices until you're back to normal.
Drink enough to compensate runs lost fluids, but not too much, if your body can't absorb the liquid, it will stay in the bowels and make stuff even runnier.
If it's really bad, or last more than 48 hours, consult a health professional.

Well the fried foods most likely caused it, but for what to eat?! My suggestion is nothing heavy, Drink lots of water and warm milk. This should Help alot!

drink Pepito bismol or hot coke and also there are pills you can get from any drugstore . you could eat the trash or an orange and no soda or fried food wont cause it it is caused wen you eat alot or pepper or spicy foods or u are alergic to someting or the food you ate were not sanatairy

A rule of thumb is anything white. Bread, potatoes, bananas.
Diarrhea is your bodies way of getting rid of something that interrupts the digestive process. Vomiting for the upper half and the backhouse trots for the bottom half.
