I asked a question about a month ago about being treated for endo with birth control. I began spotting and it continued for three weeks. Dr. said that I am not responding to the birth control as it was prescribed and she scheduled a laporoscopy and DNC October 5th. She said that she will cartarize anything she see's in there.
What should I expect?

I had a laporoscopy to remove my appendix 5 years ago...and it was not a fun procedure...could be the appendix part of it??

Please give me any ideas, hints, ways to get relief and actually relax while off from work. Oh, could I be at risk of being infertile?

I've asked this before but I'm looking for more answers. I have given my boyfriend oral sex four times now. The second to last time we did it my throat started to hurt about an hour later. Then we did it again a week later and my throat was hurting worse but it had been gradually getting worse all week. He doesn't have any STDs or anything like that, we are positive. Could I be getting sick from this or is it just a cold going around?

I've noticed for about a week and a half that when I am in the shower washing my hair a lot of it comes out.

While I wash it, I can actually run my fingers through my hair and pull out about 10 strands. It's freaking me out!!! I've made an appt. with the doctor for this Thursday, but I was wondering if this has happend to any other women out there?

After being on the Pill for 20 years, I am having this procedure done in the near future. Does anyone know of side effects once the operation has been done. When can I resume intercourse without fear of getting pregnant? I would appreciate any information on this topic. Thanks.

I also feel sick but bork with my food, my brests hurt all the time, I get irratable, tired, dizziness, and get sweats day and night. I am on the pill so I am ruling out pregnancy, I have been on the pill for a year and these symtons have only just started the last few weeks, therefore I am also ruling out side effects. What else could this be?

i'm 5'7 20 and 350 lbs. i found out a few months go i have pcos. over a year ago i had my son i gained 30lbs during pregnancy and lost 21 after the birth i got down to 279lbs. in less then a year i had put on over 80lbs. i have seen a nutritionist and had my food intake strictly monitored and it hasent helped. i have joined weight watchers, i am currently on metformin and i'm scared. i have changed my diet, my lifestyle, i exercise at least 30 mins everyday and i am still gaining. i dont want to die young or get diabetes and i dont know what to do. i am disgusted with myself and i know other people feel the same way cause i hear it all the time and trust me there is no fat joke i havent heard. is there anything short of gastric bypass that can help me. i would like to have more children but i wont to it till i'm healthier. i am ashamed to go out in public. i am running out of money to keep paying for weight watchers and doctors and i dont want to die young please help me

I have a problem with my throat. When I eat or drink, the muscles in my throat contract, making me feel like I'm choking. This happens with everything I eat or drink, usually twice or three times a meal. Sometimes it's so bad, I have to go to the bathroom to throw up the very last bite I took (never more then that). I can't tell if it's getting caught in my throat because I can breathe and liquids shouldn't get caught, right? Does anyone know what this might be from?

SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE... I've got renal colic caused by probable kidney stones. They've done an ultrasound and it shows that my kidney is not draining properly, but now they want to do another ultrasound and this flexible cystoscopy. Hello ladies, i need desperate help. I am going away for ten days starting Dec 6. and will begin my period on the 6th!!!I am about to start Ortho Tri when my october cycle come which (looking at calendar) should be on the 7th of October. I have heard that skipping the placebo does not work when ur on Ortho Tri because of the different doses.
Ok, when i start the pill on the 7th of October then what do i do when my period is due on November 7th? do i skip the placebo then? or wait until Dec 7th? If i do it both times will i be skipping my period two months? Sorry if it seems so confusing but i am really trying to understand it. Can you guys please help me this is the first time i will try this. Thank you sooo much

Ok, this might be kind of confusing, but here goes. My fiance's mother had genital warts when he was born and she didn't have a C-Section so when he was born he was completely covered with warts all over his body. When he hit puberty, the insides of his legs and his lower stomach broke out in warts again. He has not had another outbreak since then, but he still has these tiny white dots on the inside of his lips. We are trying right now to have our first child together and I was wondering if anybody had any information about this. Could the warts even be passed on to our child? We have both had numerous STD tests and neither one of us has tested positive for anything. Any information will help. Thank you!

I had a c-section and my tubes tied in July 2004. Since then, my periods are long, heavy for 4-5 days, and clotty. Is this normal or should l discuss it with my doctor? I heard going back on birth control may help. Any advice??
