I had 2 ovarian cysts (left and right) removed on August 11th. I had my period 2 days later, but only for a couple of days. To date, it's been more than a month and a half and I still haven't got my period yet. Should I be worried?

Yes & No.
Have U felt a benefit from having the cysts removed?
Ovaries do not like being interfered with or handled.
It can affect their hormone up-take & may delay things 4 a while until UR body re-adjusts.
But don't take my word 4 it, best B on the safe side & consult an MD/GP/ or at least a practice nurse 4 more information.
I think U should seek medical advice.

I had a useful ovarian cyst, and it thoroughly screwed up my cycle. See a useful cyst is led to by making use of a your egg no longer being released appropriate, it gets contaminated, and regularly they finally end up bleeding into themselves and rupturing. this would regularly reason your era to be late given which you on no account actual ovulated, so the 2nd component to your cycle (luteal) doesnt initiate, delaying your era. Your physique would desire to easily could reset itself, ovulate back, after which you're era will come.
