I have gotten that being on the pill, but not the sick and dizzyness and tired, sounds like pregnancy to me, especially the sore breasts. Being on the pill is not fool proof, I am testament to that! Take a test just to rule it out, then go to the docs, as it may be something else.

breakthrough bleeding whilst on the pill can occur, even if you have been on it for a while, some health supplements such as st johns wort, increase the chances of breakthrough bleeding as it prevents the body absorbing the contraceptive. The breast tenderness, tiredness and sickness are common symptoms of pregnancy, you can still become pregnant on the pill, take a test and see your GP

I know that the short period and then another short period happens sometimes. It's happened to me. The other symptoms...it could just be a rough period because those are all symptoms I get sometimes but if this is strange for you you should go to the doctor.

Yes, it's normal to pass old blood before your period! This just means that your body is ridding itself of what was left from the last period and starting it's cycle new!

You definitly need to go to your gyno. This happened to me TWICE. I never thought pregnancy was a possibility since I had tubes tied 8 years earlier. But it was a tubal pregnancy both times. Please just go to your Doctor.
