spinach, red meat, Total Cereal and change to a male multy vitamin is you are on vitamins.. some male vitamins even come with 0 iron and you can also lower your vitamin C intake a little... vitamin c helps your body absorb iron.. but don't go too low because as I'm sure you know, you need vitamin C. but you can get food info pretty easily these days just by looking at the back label.. but if you can't figure it out, just google anemia don't eat any foods recommended on the sight lol.

Foods that are rich in iron are red meat, liver and liver products, eggs, dried beans beans, oily fish, spinach and some cereals are all rich in iron. Vitamin C also helps the body to absorb iron.
The Food Standards Agency may have something on their website.

You SHOULD HAVE ASKED. But more importantly, your doctor is a big fat idiot!
It is easy, research all the foods you normally eat or like and note their vitamin and mineral content. From A to Z. The list is going to be quite long. Next, CHANGE YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER, (Like yesterday) and report him or her to the AMA.
