Your "hot flashes" may have to do with blood pressure, so have it checked.
23 may be early but dependant upon your medical history - may be so.....seek medical care.

Hot flashes? I would rule out menopause at 23.

Maybe you've just got a virus, are run down, or something else is going on. Are you on the pill? That could cause changes in hormonal levels, especially if you just changed doses or brands etc. Can't imagine what more it can be. Get a good check up and make sure nothing is happening with your thyroid too.

Are you going to start your period within the next 14 days or less? I get them around that time and I am 29. It started when I was 26. I am trying to find out the exact cause as well. I know it has to do with my hormones of course but I also wonder why are my hormones acting like that! I dont get them when I am on my period just before. Maybe if you add some details someone will have a good answer for you. Good Luck!

you could be pregnant.

Hormonal balance is your body’s natural state. But when there are too many demands on your body, its ability to balance your hormones is overwhelmed.

This hormonal imbalance causes hot flashes and night sweats. Not surprisingly, the demands that create that imbalance tend to peak in perimenopause, the years leading up to menopause itself. These symptoms are one of the main ways your body asks for help.

Our Personal Program has been very successful in delivering natural relief for hot flashes and night sweats. So here’s what we recommend you do next:

*

If you’d like to get started, the first step is to take our on-line Hormonal Balance Profile. It’s easy, informative, and free.

Hot flashes can be caused by several different reasons, Have there been any changes recently in diet or have you ever had any type of female surgeries, have you recently been sick with the flu, etc. The best suggestion I can truthfully give is - if you can't think of any recent changes that would be causing the hot flashes; if they are quite frequent, you need to see your family physician to determine the cause!

Actually it could be menopause. My mother went through it when she was 31. It depends on how much stress you are going through.

hot flashes are hormonal.... you don't have to be over 50 years old to have fluctuations or hormonal imbalances.
